What's in the box?

Each month's Box has a different theme and you’ll receive a crystal information card along with a bespoke collection of crystals in various shapes and sizes. Other items may include incense, stash bags, crystal display stands and crystal jewellery. Based on the value and rarity of the crystals included quantities will vary box to box.

On average, each Stash Box includes 7 individual items. Specimen Club receive one specimen and the tumble club receive 5 tumbles.

How and when will I be charged?

Depending on the subscription you've chosen (pay-as-you-go or pre-paid) the same card used to make your initial payment will be charged. This payment will occur every month on the same date of your first purchase. Orders ship out the first week of each month.

Can I use my Crystal Coins?

At this time unfortunately not. The subscription service doesn't integrate with our rewards program.

When will my Subscription Box arrive?

Provided you placed your subscription order before the end of the the month, Boxes ship the first week of the following month. You can expect them to arrive within 2-8 business days for Domestic orders and 6-15 business days for International orders.

I'm going away, can I skip a month?

You can skip a month at anytime from Manage Subscriptions. Your subscription will commence again the following month.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at anytime from Manage Subscriptions.

I received a broken/faulty item, what should I do?

Whilst we take every precaution to ensure your items arrive to you in one piece, sometimes they hit some road bumps on the way. If you receive an item that is broken or faulty, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team and we will assist you.

How do I update my payment method or address?

You can update your subscription details such as payment method or delivery address at anytime from Manage Subscriptions.
