CHANGED YOUR MIND?
We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! So we will do everything we can to help. Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals in our Crystal Shop, majority of our crystals will be final sale. That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order and we can organise a refund/exchange free of charge. Happy customers make for happy crystals!
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED
We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty or damaged product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to sort out this issue.
HOLIDAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
During the period starting on the 1st of December and ending the 24th of December we have extended the time you have to return most items (see below) if you change your mind, given the following conditions are met. If you purchase an item during this period, you will have until the 31st of January 2024 to return the item.
1. Proof of purchase must accompany the item being returned. You will need to provide an original Crystal & Stone receipt or tax invoice which includes reference to the item you are returning; and
2. The item must be in its original resalable condition including all labels intact (it must not have been damaged or altered in any way by you)
We do not accept the return of items under our change-of-mind policy that are:
1. Marked down or Final sale items
4. Ishk, Ruby Lights, Twin Flames & Wild Little Leaf
For change-of-mind returns we only offer an exchange or store credit.
