So, if you know me at all, and by now I hope you do. You will know that I almost always have a piece of Sodalite on me because I struggle with my self-esteem and confidence and honestly, this year being much more focussed on social media it has been a godsend. However, I still really struggle with the extreme swings between confidence and feeling terrible. One minute IÕm singing Lizzo in the shower, belting out ÒBitch, IÕm me famouslyÓ and the next Im singing Taylor Swift, screaming/crying, ÒGIVE ME A REASONÓ. Honestly, its like my confidence levels are on shuffle, when I really just need some stability. Introducing Sunset Sodalite a confidence stone that keeps you (or at least me) slightly more stable.
